STORE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our mobile phone retail store, overseeing sales, repairs, and daily operations. You will manage a team of sales associates and technicians, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Drive sales of smartphones, accessories, tablets, laptops and IT hardware.
  • Oversee inventory, ensuring stock availability and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Supervise mobile & laptop repairs, troubleshooting, and technical support services.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance.
  • Maintain store presentation, ensuring demo devices are functional and displays are attractive.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in retail management (mobile/electronics preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of smartphones, carrier plans, and basic tech repairs.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays as needed)

MOBILE PHONE TECHNICIAN

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time mobile phone technician to work at our store at Dunstable RD, Luton. We are looking for experienced smartphone technicians who can specifically disassemble and reassemble iPhones as part of the refurbishing process.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Testing devices 
  • Diagnose faults
  • Refurbish devices according to manufacturer specifications
  • Quality Assurance testing prior to handset sign off
  • Ability to flash handsets for software updates as required
  • Replace damaged screens
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to problem solve and have good organizational and communication skills.
  • You should be aware of all smartphone models and have a good eye for detail when it comes to fixing and replacing components, especially on iPhones.
